Yes, transfers from Delhi Airport arrival to the hotel and hotel to venue will be provided to the pre-registered buyers.
EPCH, the organizer of the 63rd IHGF Delhi Fair Spring 2027, will provide assistance in booking rooms with Special Discounted Room Rates on a first -come -first- served basis - subject to the terms & conditions of the hotel, exclusively available to overseas trade visitors and members. Please note that distance information is approximate and not to scale. In accordance with GST regulations, a 12% tax applies to room rates up to INR 7,500, while an 18% tax applies to rates exceeding INR 7,500. All guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in, as per government norms. Room availability is confirmed at the time of booking, with minimum rates starting at US$ 40 per night for double occupancy, inclusive of breakfast and Wi-Fi.

In other words, the overseas buyer has to finalise orders with the exporters from India for import into his country. The Indian exporter will complete all procedural formalities with respect to documentation.
